They have just released Synth Phunk – Funky Electro Pop, an Elastik soundbank that delivers radio and chart-ready pop song construction kits.
Ten construction kits are included all prepared for use with Ueberschall’s Elastik sample loop front-end. Focussed on pure pop combining French-influenced electro with funky retro elements, modern synths sounds are combined with real bass, drums, funk guitar and some talkbox vocal samples.
Synth-based Pop Songs In a Construction Kit Format
Synth Phunk includes over 3 GB of samples and 831 individual loops. The ten construction kits include multiple song sections making full arrangements easy to build. Each song section features multiple synth loops with chord and lead parts. Pre-mixed stereo drums are provided but individual drum loops and single hit samples for kick, snare, hi-hat, etc. also mean you can create your own drum mix. Breakdowns are also easy to construct. The loops have a length of 8 bars and up to 32 seconds.
Elastik provides all the tools you need to re-mix your own take on the song ideas and build variety into your song sections. The synth lead lines and vocal FX loops add instant interest. For electro and pop music producers, just add your own lead vocals.
Ueberschall’s loop-based Elastik player features elaborate time-stretch- and pitch-change-algorithms allow matching of the loops to any song within seconds. Drastic sound manipulations are possible by the Elastik player’s sequencer-controlled functions such as formant, resample, reverse and multimode-filter.
