MusicDevelopments updates RapidComposer to v1.4 and releases RapidComposer LE

MusicDevelopments has released version 1.4 of RapidComposer (a major update) and released RapidComposer LE, a cut-down version of the music prototyping application, aimed at serious hobbyist musicians and composers.
