Spacedad has released Pans, a kitchen percussion-based drum machine.
Features:
- 13 ‘drums’: All come with various pitch/shifting/filter enveloping possibilities, bit-crushing/distortion.
- Includes two versions: stereo version and multi-out version (6 stereo pairs).
- All samples were made in spacedad’s kitchen, including Sainsbury’s milk pan, a big lid and a ‘pound shop’ special.
A demo version is available, with the following limitations:
- Audio is muted for 2 seconds every minute.
- Only 4 note poly instead of 13.
- 8 preset slots instead of 128.
- Only stereo output.
Pans is available for Windows as a VST instrument plug-in and it costs £0.50 (50 pence).
