Through various sampling, scripting, and miking techniques, the folks at Cinesamples have created a set of realistic orchestral percussion sounds for you to use in any kind of musical track. All recordings were taken at the Manhattan Center Studios using natural reverberation and three microphone perspectives (close, mid, and far), with up to 16 Velocity layers and 12 round robins.
CineSnares features recorded tempo-synced rolls, rims, rim shots, rolls, concert snares, military snare, piccolo snare, Civil War snare, and more. The percussion sounds would be great for use in film music, soundtracks, concert band pieces, large ensemble works, and so forth.
