Loopmasters Earthmoments Distant Rhythms

EarthMoments and Loopmasters had a special moment to get together and create Distant Rhythms, a sample library featuring exclusive Indian percussion by EarthMoments.

Released by Loopmasters, the new Distant Rhythms collection features authentic Indian percussion instruments recorded from the source at Clementine Studios in Chennai and other studios across India. All samples were performed by top Indian percussionists and recorded using Class-A preamps and tube mics at 96 kHz resolution; the included sounds (all royalty-free) were then optimized with the closest attention to detail in order to stay true to the original sounds, notes the manufacturer.

All in all, Distant Rhythms includes a total of 730 MB of sounds, with 458 WAV loops and 916 REX loops. You’ll get a range of sampled Indian percussion instruments, including the Bass Dholak, Ghatam, Kanjira, Tabla, Khol, Moresing, Mridangam, and Naqqara. With this release, Loopmasters makes the distant rhythms of India not so distant after all. According to Loopmasters and EarthMoments, the new collection would be the ideal set for use in a variety of downtempo, percussion, world music, and cinematic music tracks.
