TeamDNR Collaborative Designs has announced the release of Ammunition ($20), new “ultra-thin” drum library for Kontakt 4+.
Ammunition has been created to provide producers of various modern music styles with a package of drum kits that will give them a solid foundation of both electronic, as well as more natural sounding core drum sounds to work with that can quickly give them high quality, unique results. The samples contained in Ammunition have been edited to remove all excess space, for less memory consumption and faster performance. Instead of building a multi-gigabyte drum sample library, TeamDNR focused on using a smaller set of samples and relying on various features of the software.
