VST plugin maker WOK has released Lexor Goldchorus, a new stereo chorus modulation effect plugin for Windows.
Lexor Goldchorus is a simple effect that provides a clear chorus sound that is said to be free of unwanted artifacts or signal coloring. Its user interface is as straightforward as can be, displaying just a few virtual buttons and knobs (Mod knob, Mix knob, Mono switch, Bass filter button, and so forth). Lexor features a full stereo signal path, triple chorus line per path with multi-modulation, a bass filter to keep the lower frequencies clear when used with bass sounds, a Mono switch, and more.
About Lexor Goldchorus, WOK notes that its other plugin, the vintage-like CromFX string machine add-on effect, is dedicated to reproducing the sonic instabilities of old hardware, while the Lexor chorus effect plugin takes advantage of the highest precise mathematical calculations for a pure and plain signal modulation.
WOK Lexor Goldchorus effect plugin features include the following:
- Full stereo signal path
- Triple chorus line per path with multi-modulation
- Bass filter to keep the lower frequencies “clear” when used with bass sounds
- Mono switch
- Low on CPU
Lexor Goldchorus is now available as a VST effect plugin (Windows) for 14 EUR (or approximately $18). Audio demos of Lexor applied to a single sound, or Lexor applied to bass, strings, and melody are also available at the company’s Web site.
